Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments work for Vendschat subscriptions operated by Vendocker LLC.

Effective Date: July 22, 2026Operated by: Vendocker LLCApplies to: https://vendschat.com and https://app.vendschat.com

This Refund Policy supplements the Subscriptions & Billing section of our Terms of Service. Except where required by applicable law, Vendschat subscription fees are non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a Plan. Terms of Service. For privacy matters, see our Privacy Policy.

01

Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes when and how Vendocker LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") may issue refunds or credits for paid Vendschat subscriptions ("Plans") and related charges.

By purchasing or renewing a Plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

02

Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Recurring subscription fees for Vendschat Plans (monthly or annual), billed in advance via Stripe
  • Billing errors attributable to Vendschat (for example, duplicate charges or incorrect Plan amounts)
  • Discretionary goodwill refunds or credits we may grant on a case-by-case basis

This Policy does not apply to fees charged by third-party messaging platforms (such as Meta WhatsApp conversation charges), taxes, or amounts you pay directly to other providers.

03

General Policy

Except as required by applicable law, all Vendschat subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, unused seats or contact capacity, or mid-cycle Plan downgrades.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, as described in Section 5.

04

Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting support@vendschat.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access to paid features until that period ends.

Canceling does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused time remaining in the period you already paid for.

05

When Refunds May Be Issued

Without limiting our general non-refundable policy, we may (but are not obligated to) issue a full or partial refund or account credit when:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong Plan amount, or charge after a confirmed cancellation that should have stopped renewal)
  • We are unable to provide the core Service for a prolonged, material outage that is solely attributable to Vendschat and not excused under the Terms (for example, force majeure or third-party platform outages)
  • Applicable law requires a refund or withdrawal right that applies to your purchase
  • We approve a goodwill request after reviewing your circumstances

Approval of any discretionary refund is final solely for that request and does not create a precedent or ongoing entitlement.

06

How to Request a Refund

To request refund consideration, email support@vendschat.com with:

  • The email address associated with your Vendschat workspace
  • The invoice number, receipt, or approximate charge date and amount
  • A clear description of why you believe a refund or credit is warranted

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five (5) business days and to complete our review within a reasonable time thereafter. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.

07

Processing & Timing

  • Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible
  • Bank or card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • We may instead issue workspace credit toward future Vendschat subscription fees when appropriate
08

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under this Policy:

  • Third-party messaging platform fees (including Meta WhatsApp Business Platform conversation charges), whether paid directly to the third party or invoiced through Vendschat as a reseller of such access
  • Usage-based overage charges incurred above your Plan’s included limits
  • Fees for periods after a free trial where you actively selected and paid for a Plan
  • Amounts unpaid due to failed payments, chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or fees related to account suspension or termination for cause under our Acceptable Use Policy
09

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback) without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service pending resolution. Please contact support@vendschat.com first so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or correction directly.

10

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or distance-selling laws. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital services, and that right applies to your purchase, we will honor it as required by law.

Where you are purchasing as a business (B2B), statutory consumer withdrawal rights typically do not apply. In all cases, our Terms of Service and this Policy govern to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued purchase or renewal of a Plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
